Shipping policy

Your purchase will generally be shipped within one to two business days of your order, unless otherwise noted. Free shipping uses the slowest shipping method to get the item to you. You can expedite shipping to receive your item faster at additional cost to you. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me at altatextiles@gmail.com and I can provide the additional cost for this service.

All items ship via USPS. Small items, such as pillow covers, ship First Class or Priority Mail depending on the number of items ordered. Large items, such as pouf ottomans, ship Parcel Select Ground which may take from one to two weeks to receive. Each package will have a separate tracking number which you will receive once I've received your order and purchased shipping labels.
